Logistics Administrator

The Job:


  • Fleet management of the company vehicles
  • Assist in booking any travel (Hotel/Flights) requirements of the department
  • Support the logistics team to quote, book and track final products & hire equipment
  • Complete import/export documentation
  • Financial administrative support, including processing PO's
  • General administrative support, ensuring the highest level of speed, accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service

The Person:


  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths
  • At least 2 years' office experience
  • Experience of working in a professional, fast paced and challenging environment
  • Fleet management experience desirable but not essential
  • Logistics administration experience desirable but not essential
  • Proven customer service focus understand the need, solve problems and respond efficiently
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Outgoing, customer service approach
  • Drive and energy for results
  • Ability to prioritise and organise
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Timely decision making
  • Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
  • Highest level of integrity, honesty and trust
