ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant (SecOps, GRC, Risk) | Remote | To £85k+


I am working with an outstanding organisation who are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow professional to join their team.

In this role, you will be the technical expert and trusted advisor who inspires customers about how their software solutions can meet their business needs.

If you have a passion for interacting with prospects and customers and enjoy crafting tailored solutions to solve complex challenges, this is the opportunity for you You can either come from a pre-sales background, or be looking to make the step into pre-sales, having worked as a Technical Consultant with experience in SecOps, GRC, and integrated Risk Solutions.


In this position, you will:

  • Partner closely with account executives and solutions consultants to drive new business
  • Lead technical ServiceNow presentations, demos, workshops, and POCs showcasing our platform's capabilities
  • Quickly understand customer pain points and requirements and match them to our offerings
  • Craft compelling solution proposals and statements of work
  • Build strong relationships with customers and guide them throughout the sales cycle
  • Stay uptodate on latest product releases, industry trends, and market dynamics

You are an ideal fit if you have:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing ServiceNow pre-sales or Technical Consultant (SecOps, Risk, GRC)
  • Excellent command of ServiceNow software solutions and frameworks
  • Ability to translate complex technical details into business value
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior executives
  • The drive and perseverance to navigate long, complex sales processes
  • A collaborative approach and passion for solving customer problems
In return, our client will offer you a salary of between £65-85k, plus commission, and a great benefits package.
