This is an exciting new post in our rapidly expanding team.


We are seeking a confident and passionate individual who thrives on change and wants to make a difference to the outcomes of our patients and staff.

Our goal is to put digital solutions and analytics at the very heart of what we do.


This is a key role within Digital Services to provide support and leadership for clinical input into the development, implementation, and business as usual support for the Trust's Digital Projects and Change/Transformation initiatives.

The post holder will provide a clinician point of view in digital projects and in the design and delivery of digital change and training initiatives.


The post-holder will be required to support the delivery of training across all patient-based systems, co-ordinating staff from different system teams within Digital Services to ensure a consistent and effective training programme is delivered.

This will require use of all appropriate training techniques and processes including classroom based, training, e-learning and bespoke training as required.


The role will have an important role to play in supporting the management of change associated with implementation and ongoing development of patient based digital solutions.


  • Provide training, support, and knowledge to support the implementation and development of patient based digital systems within the Trust using different techniques and processes to ensure training is delivered appropriate to learning needs.
  • The post holder is responsible for ensuring that the introduction of clinical systems is optimised in relation to best clinical practice and patient safety.
  • To support users in making full and effective use of Clinical and technologies IT systems and understand the importance of data quality in recording accurate, timely and complete data.
