Large facilities management company in the Derby area are currently looking for an asbestos surveyor for an initial period of three months.


Purpose of the role:

  • To ensure the client complies with its duties under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR), and other relevant legislation. To plan, programme and organise asbestos management surveys of all buildings as required, ensuring all ACM's are regularly inspected and controlled across the Property portfolio.
  • To provide professional advice and guidance on all aspects of Asbestos Management and R&D surveys.
  • To deliver projects identified from rolling programmes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Initial period of 12 weeks
  • Inside IR35
- £30 an hour umbrella
- £24 an hour PAYE

  • Full time 37 hours
  • Office, remote and out on site
