Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute gotomarket strategies in collaboration with key alliance partners to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the EMEA region.
  • Foster alignment between internal sales teams and alliance partners to ensure a unified approach to market positioning and messaging.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organisations, including AWS Marketplace and HP, to drive mutual success and maximize opportunities.
  • Leverage expertise in contact center and UCaaS solutions to identify market trends, customer needs, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product management, and sales, to develop and execute joint sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of alliance performance, including sales metrics, pipeline status, and market trends, to drive informed decisionmaking and optimize strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for partnership expansion and innovation.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or alliance management, with a minimum of 35 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with the ability to drive alignment and collaboration across internal and external teams.
  • Experience working with key technology platforms, such as AWS Marketplace and HP, preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of contact center and UCaaS solutions, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to drive strategic decisionmaking.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners, customers, and attend industry events.
