Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact dealing with a wide range of queries from customers regarding the products they offer.

The role will be extremely fast paced and you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls and ensuring all queries are dealt with professionally and to a high standard.

You will be also dealing with any complaints that might come into the business.
