About Our Client:
You will be working for a leading hospitality business in Scotland.
- Supporting HR processes,
- Covering employee life cycle ( onboarding, ER matters, performance, absence, etc. ),
- Being a point of contact for HR related issues,
- Updating HR system with employee data,
- Supporting HR Manager & HRBP
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience with Employee Relations
- Previous experience within similar role
- Good organisation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
