The Role


As part of our ambitious growth plans, we're significantly investing in our Nottingham based product and technology teams who develop award winning software that enables renewable energy operators to digitalise their operations and maintenance.


Working closely with our expert engineering teams, we're developing an integrated platform using the latest Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning technologies to allow customers to manage large fleets of wind turbines.


You'll be leading our UX effort in a UX/UI role, all the while focussing on making our software more intuitive, seamless & compelling for our users.


A typical week might include the following activities:

  • Producing/updating design system, documents & standards
  • Providing UX design expertise and practical support to the software development team
  • Building lofi and hifi mockups to use from planning and scoping to final approvals and development handoff.
  • Establishing and maintaining appropriate and proportional usability metrics
  • Collecting, collating & reviewing user and customer feedback
  • Verifying product compliance with design and usability standards

Desired Experience
You're a confident UX professional, who has built a resilient design system, and you're an expert with user research and metrics


Ideally you'll:

  • Have experience working on consumer products and directly with clients and users.
  • Have previously developed and maintained a design system
