Job OverviewCrystal Direct is an established PVCu manufaturer based in Letchworth. With major retail brands and builders merchants as our customers. We are seeking experienced PVCu Window & Door fabricators to join our expanding manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate PVCu Windows & Doors
- Use power tools and hand tools to drill and route
- Read and interpret Factory worksheets
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Collaborate a good relationship with your work colleagues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hand tools
- Good Knowledge of PVCu
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
