Description
This is predominantly a field based role, where you will be spending most of your shift ensuring that your team are providing a high level of quality care in the community,


Main duties required:

  • Completing Spot checks and supervisions.
  • Covering care calls, so you will need to be fully flexible to help with demand.
  • Provide guidance and support to all your care team.
  • Train new staff in the field.
The individual needs to be a team player, flexible, and a driver.

The above list is not an exhaustive list of duties.

The role is not a 9 to 5 role, you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives.

Further training to level 4 is offered along with career development into a Care Co-ordinator role.

£22,000.00 per year
