We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Camera Prep Shift Supervisor to join our Camera Floor department in Greenford, London

Your responsibilities will include:

As our supervisor, you will mentor and oversee our Prep Services Technicians, and ensure that our equipment flow throughout the prep process is efficient and effective.

Your ability to manage and prioritise your team's workload, allocate your resources effectively, and maintain good inventory control will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

You will be a proactive promoter of all processes and new initiatives, and your ongoing process improvement suggestions will ensure that our rental process meets or exceeds customer expectations.

What you'll bring to the role:

You will have a high degree of accountability and be able to hold others accountable while encouraging self-direction amongst team members.

As such, your people management, coaching skills, and team player mentality will be highly valued.

Your outstanding customer service approach, willingness to go the extra mile, and your ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines and changing priorities will make you an invaluable member of our team.

You will also bring an exceptional attention to detail to ensure adherence to all company health and safety requirements.

As our supervisor, you will bring your film industry experience and knowledge of Panavision products and services. You will also be proactive in gaining and maintaining service and technical expertise on all rental equipment.
