If you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced and busy restaurant then look no further; The Pearson Room is looking for an energetic and service driven Bartender to join us in one of the most contemporary and fashionable cocktail Bar and Restaurant's which Canary Wharf has to offer.

You will be a passionate, enthusiastic and charismatic individual able to deliver premium service with excellent standards; we are looking for someone who can deliver a 5 star service, giving the customer journey a great experience and ensuring that their expectations are always met, if not exceeded.

You must also be eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for the position.

Requirements:

Experience in a busy and high end environment;
Excellent drinks and cocktail knowledge;
Strong communication and people skills;
Flexible schedule;
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
