The Job:

We are looking for a new receptionist to join our front of house team at The Abbey Lawn Hotel.

This is a customer facing role and you will be the first and last contact with our guests so we rely on you to be a happy face and make a good impression.

Guest care is paramount and we pride ourselves on delivering fantastic service.

Main

Responsibilities:

Undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests to ensure a superb customer service experience
To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints or issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service
To deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay
To wear the appropriate uniform provided, along with flat, non

- slip shoes. Strictly no trainers.

Be accurate and courteous at all times.
To assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy
Attend Training and Refresher Training sessions, as required by the hotel management.
