Description
Our objective is to provide competitor beating levels of service and a personalised level of customer support.
The role will be very varied as befits a small team environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with our order processing, accounting and supply chain teams in Europe and customers in UK and Ireland alike.
Ensuring credit accounts are maintained to term, chasing late payments.
Ensuring planned deliveries and back orders are notified
Invoice and statement Query and dispute resolution in liaison with Eu sales office
Delivery advice order and backorder queries in liaison with Eu sales office
Taking calls
Credit card payments
Numerous other tasks relating to the smooth running of a busy office environment

What you'll need

Excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills

The ability to develop and retain excellent product knowledge

Good time management, with the ability to work to tight deadlines

Attention to detail and focused on accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Word

Be persuasive yet patient

To remain calm under pressure, have empathy with and understand customer needs, issues and problems.


Hours of work 8:00am to 4:30pm with an hour for lunch (possible 8:00am to 4:00pm with 1⁄2 hour lunch) 37.5-hour week, located at our Tewkesbury offices.
