Three Rivers District in South West Hertfordshire straddles the north west corner of the M25 on the edge of Greater London.

The Role:


The role sits within the Council's Housing Services team and will advise developers, planners and Registered Providers of the Council's housing mix requirements for sites, based on the latest Strategic Housing Market Assessments, the Core Strategy and the currentAffordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document.

The role also requires the post holder to lead on the development and delivery of relevant strategies and policies in Housing Services, including the Council's Housing, Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy.

Salary of £30,151 - £32,020 per annum (pro rata) excluding London Weighting.
