JOB TITLE:
East Mobile Cleaning Operative




LOCATION:
Scotland




CONTRACT:
permanent 40 hours per week




HOURLY PAY RATE:
£11.50 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE


The main purpose of this role is to ensure that we quickly respond to our clients' various needs (such as requests for deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, additional labour), and also provide sickness and holiday cover when required.


You will be working in various locations and therefore required to drive a company van to get to them, and your travel time is incorporated in your working hours.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively perform cleaning duties such as: emptying bins, toilet cleaning and restocking, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, stainless steel cleaning, glass cleaning, floor scrubbing, buffing, kitchen cleaning, general office cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, jet washing, wheelie bin rotation, polishing, floor stripping, biohazard removal, and more
  • Observe high housekeeping standards: leave your area of work in a clean state and ensure all cleaning materials are stored in a respectable manner
Report any faults and damages or Health & Safety breaches to your Line Manager

  • Complete any paperwork that is required
  • Report and take necessary action for any incidents of accidents, fire, theft, loss, damage, or other irregularities
  • Deal with any complaints / issues from customers immediately and report directly to your manager. Always display the best customer service
  • Participate actively within team meetings to develop ideas to enhance service offer
  • Attend to any reasonable management request

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to work as part of a large regional and small site team
  • Well organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under own initiative with a proactive outlook
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take pride in your work
  • Able to follow instructions and a flexible approach

QUALIFICATIONS

  • UK Driving License is essential
