Exciting sustainability start-up Rainbow Energy is seeking to hire an experienced and proven content and social media marketing executive. The role offers an excellent base salary of £40k plus the opportunity to join our EMI share option plan.


Solar is currently in a boom that is expected to last many years as more people reduce their carbon footprint and reliance on big corporations for electricity.

Rainbow is seeking to be the UK's largest installer in the household and SME space and require top talent to help us achieve this goal.

Description

  • You will be working with the Founders to develop and implement content strategies for maximising distribution
  • You will need to research topics, perform keyword and trend research to inform content
  • Creative writing skills are a must to create engaging content including blogs and video
  • Enhancing the brand using newsletters, mailing and other content using Hubspot marketing system
  • Proactivity to spot current opportunities, make recommendations, keep our website up to date
  • Monitor and report on website analytics
  • Be fully aware of social media trends, developments and platform updates
  • Strategically plan social media campaigns
  • Creation of reels and stories, collaborating with influencers and social media communities
  • Monitoring and responding to all social media interaction

Requirements:


  • Marketing Degree
  • 3+ years experience in content and social media
  • Particular experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of writing SEO optimised copy for websites
  • Strong values

Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
