What you need

A proven track record in a Area Manager or Regional Manager role with a retail or hospitality brand
The ability to coach your team to create an atmosphere and experience that will attract and retain the customers
A passion for developing people and succession planning
The ability to successfully deliver on the profit and loss
Customer care and service standards needs to be at the heart of your message

Whats on offer
