Description
Support the ICT Customer Services Manager in the provision of the service. Order new equipment and arrange delivery to ICT service users in an efficient and timely manner. Assist in the development of ICT procedures and policies. Assist in the preparation of ad hoc and routine billing and monitoring reports.Provide assistance to the Infrastructure and IT operations teams. Provide advice to users on the correct use of ICT equipment. Log and update calls on the IT Service Desk. Work with the Infrastructure support team to assign and prioritise work.
Deal with suppliers for orders, returns and repairs.
