Architectural Assistant (Permanent Position)

Salary Expectations:
£20,000- £24,000 (Dependent on experience)
A fantastic opportunity is now available for a talented Architectural Assistant to join an award-winning RIBA charted practice. The practice work on projects throughout the UK across sectors including commercial, heritage and residential.

Skills and responsibilities for this Architectural Assistant:

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
  • Working on concepts to comply with UK Building regulations and planning policies
  • Ability to produce creative integrated designs
  • Able to carry out studies and design proposals
  • Adopt a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ensuring that all information is treated appropriately and kept confidential

Essentials needed for this Architectural Assistant:

  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience working as an Architectural Assistant in a UK based practice
  • Hold an MSc in Architecture
  • Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
