You will be working as part of an internal multidisciplinary Accessibility product team helping to deliver accessibility technologies improving user experience.

You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of research, developing and delivering researchthat considers the time & budget vs outcomes perspective.

You will bring to team your recommendations and insights that focuses on user behaviours and experiences based on evidence gathered using a range of research methods.

Essential skills and experience

  • Experience of usercentered analysis and design
  • Experience of using a range of research methods to generate insights
  • Experience of using qualitative and quantitative methods based on requirements
  • Experience of working in agile software development teams, helping to prioritise features utilising research and problem definition
Nice-to-have skills and experience

  • Experience of doing research for accessibility related user needs/problems
  • Experience of doing user research with Digital Workplace solutions context
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Able to present recommendations and findings to senior leadership
