Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the investment charting software which is FE Analytics.
- Process client trades and model changes, ensuring adherence to all service level agreements.
- Assist with the oversight of third parties working with the business, by producing oversight reports and presenting their findings.
- To ensure that client & fund documentation is dispatched in line with relevant deadlines.
- Creating MI reporting packs for the board meeting and any Adhoc reports as required.
- Assist with regular meeting preparation, which includes producing reports and taking meeting minutes.
- Ensure backoffice software is kept up to date.
- General client account maintenance.
- Filing and other adhoc administrative duties as and when required.
- To answer telephone and deal with initial telephone enquiries.
- To answer intercom to meet and greet visitors.
- To provide exceptional levels of support to the investment team.
- Maintain and develop their personal knowledge and qualifications to improve their ability to support both colleagues and clients. Participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence, and development initiatives.
