Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the investment charting software which is FE Analytics.
  • Process client trades and model changes, ensuring adherence to all service level agreements.
  • Assist with the oversight of third parties working with the business, by producing oversight reports and presenting their findings.
  • To ensure that client & fund documentation is dispatched in line with relevant deadlines.
  • Creating MI reporting packs for the board meeting and any Adhoc reports as required.
  • Assist with regular meeting preparation, which includes producing reports and taking meeting minutes.
  • Ensure backoffice software is kept up to date.
  • General client account maintenance.
  • Filing and other adhoc administrative duties as and when required.
  • To answer telephone and deal with initial telephone enquiries.
  • To answer intercom to meet and greet visitors.
  • To provide exceptional levels of support to the investment team.
  • Maintain and develop their personal knowledge and qualifications to improve their ability to support both colleagues and clients. Participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence, and development initiatives.

Up to £28,000.00 per year
