Description
The purpose of this role is to work with the Product Lead to deliver our future Product Roadmap as part of a large-scale data transformation programme in a changing regulatory landscape focused on recycling packaging materials, electrical goods & batteries.
-Product Manager Responsibilities::
- Oversee development of multiple products and services across different channels (client facing websites, new software tools and backend data infrastructure)
- Work to automate and systematise these as much as possible, then deliver them to clients via client facing channels
- Report to Lead Product Manager whilst working closely with our Technical, Data and Client Services teams.
- Along with the Lead Product Manager, manage the development roadmap and ideas backlog with consistent and clear communications to the Board
- Work with the Client facing teams to gain insight, feature ideas and test new products and services.
- Adhere and contribute to Ecosurety's Management System.
- Create bespoke, digestible user guides for internal and external product and service releases
- Manage 3rd party suppliers, contractors, and software development teams to deliver the most value for our clients and users
- Help shape the product's short
- Build collaborative relationships with colleagues in different teams and ensure everyone is working towards the same goal
- Provide input to professionalise and develop the broader operations of the company
- Help to evolve the business, to maximise opportunities for future revenue and consultancy growth.
Product Manager Requirements:
- Demonstrate valid experience or knowledge of product development and working in multidisciplinary teams towards measurable outcomes
- Analysed complex quantitative data to generate insights that have informed important product decisions
- Look ahead to the future, developing plans that take input from multiple sources
- Excellent analytical, IT and administrative skills
- Organised and efficient, and support colleagues to do the same
- Experience of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
- Strong ability to communicate logically and objectively, both verbally and written
- Communication and stakeholder management
- IT literacy and experience with project management tools
- Confident user of online collaborative tools (Mural/Miro/Teamwork/Jira)
- Comfortable managing Experience processes and running workshops
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, collaborate effectively and drive results
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry (not essential)
- Experience working with design teams to create a greater user experience

£36,000 - £40,000 per annum plus benefits
