Set within four acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, the family has owned Friern Manor for the last quarter of a century, and over that time, our reputation for exceptional service, friendliness and attention to detail has grown.

Friern Manor is the perfect venue for every type of event, hosting more than 200 weddings between February and November and welcoming up to 10,000 guests during the festive season.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Head of F&B Operations to join our talented team at this prestigious wedding and events venue in Essex.

About The Role

The new Head of F&B Operations will be responsible for overseeing the two functions that we host per day over the 3 to 4 operational days that we are open.

You will also be responsible for an circa 30 strong service team that deliver a unique, tailored, and outstanding guest experience.

A confident, composed, approachable individual with a natural ability to interact with guests and manage staff is essential.

Working week - 4 hours Wednesday for a management meeting
