About You and Your New Role as Junior Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper:
You're looking for an entrepreneurial, growing company to join as their new Junior Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper.
You'll be a key player in their 2023 growth plans (and beyond) and be the second person in their growing finance team.
About Campbell West:
They provide mechanical engineering expertise to a wide range of organisations.
Campbell West's founders and directors, Steven Campbell and Daniel West have over 30 years of combined experience in the industry.
They joined forces in 2017, forming a mechanical HVAC company with the mission of delivering high-quality, reliable installations across the South of England.
Since then, the company has grown to become a first-choice contractor and trusted partner within the healthcare sector, and continues to expand into other industries.
You'll have the following experience and personality to thrive in this new role as their Junior Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper**:
- Some bookkeeping or finance admin experience
- Ideally AAT Level 3 minimum
- Strong organisation skills
- You prefer smaller companies and teams albeit within a busy office
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to learn to use specialist accountancy software
- Quickbooks/Zahara
- Good communication skills
- Desire to learn and develop their career with a growing company
- Bookkeeping
- Reports
- Helping Bookkeeper/Accountant with accounts payable and receivable as needed
- Handling client invoices by recording and approving or denying payments.
- Providing administrative and clerical support as needed as well as credit control.
- Management of our accountancy software (QuickBooks) alongside the company's Bookkeeper/Accountant.

Salary:£22,000 to £26,000
