This is a fulltime post of 37.5 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday.East Dunbartonshire HSCP's Health Improvement Service are recruiting an 18 month fixed term WTE Band 5 Health Improvement Practitioner.
The post holder will have responsibility for a broad portfolio of health improvement and health inequalities work in line with the East Dunbartonshire HSCP Strategic Plan, NHSGG&C and Scottish Government's Health Improvement priorities and local health needs.
The post holder will have a key role in building capacity of staff within the HSCP, Partner Organisations and within local communities in relation to the Health Improvement agenda.
The post holder will implement a range of health improvement approaches to build capacity, raise awareness and promote positive health and wellbeing outcomes in a variety of locations and settings.
