We are delighted to offer this rare opportunity to join our Children and Young People's Integrated Therapies service as a Team Lead.

This post is based in Stevenage. We are looking to appoint a team lead on a part time basis.

If you are a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech & Language Therapist who is passionate about building teams, providing innovative and evidenced based services, and are keen to develop your leadership skills this could be the next step in your career.

We have 2 team leads to cover the Stevenange and North Hertfordshire locality which includes Royston, Hitchin and Letchworth. You will work alongside other team lead colleagues across CYP Therapies and be supported by Operational leads. You will have access to HCT's leadership development opportunities.

The post holder would have the opportunity to use and develop their leadership skills to support a high functioning specialist team.

They would have day to day operational responsibility for a quality service delivery as well as the opportunity to take on service development projects.
