Description
We are looking for an experianced Civil Foremen that has some knowledge of rail projects.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the job site. You will oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish. You will be responsible for safety, quality control, and all other aspects of the job site. You will have to be able to work with your team and with clients.


Experience:


  • Construction experience is required
  • Experience in managing a team is preferred
  • Experience in managing a crew is preferred
  • Must be able to read drawings and blueprints
  • Must be familiar with HVAC codes and submittals
  • Must be familiar with electrical codes and submittals
  • Must be familiar with plumbing codes and submittals
  • Must be familiar with mechanical codes and submittals
  • Must be familiar with OSHA regulations and requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must have a positive attitude and great work ethic

Tickets

  • CSCS or similar
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 2-8 months


Salary:
£300.00 per day
