Have you got the passion, skills and knowledge to lead the Trust's work in the area of restrictive interventions.
We are looking for someone who can work confidently with a range of people to make a positive impact in supporting our ambition to ensure the use of restrictive interventions is used as mínimally as possible, and when required, applied in ways that meet best practice safety and quality standards.
You will have significant clinical working experience, with a knowledge of the national frameworks, guidance that inform best clinical practice.
They will demonstrate enhanced communication, working alongside service users, families, staff and other stakeholders to deliver a robust quality system that delivers on our goals and ambitions.
The main duties are:
To act as a clinical leader and resource, supporting inpatient services in the area of restrictive interventions, inspiring and leading change
To work with a range of people in supporting the work involved in restrictive interventions
To represent the Trust in the are of restrictive interventions
To deliver on a quality system that monitors restrictive interventions
The Professional Lead for Restrictive Interventions role works within the Patient Safety Team, as part of a governance function that supports services to meet their quality goals and standards of experience, safety and effectiveness.
