An innovative and inclusive private practice, are looking for a dedicated Graduate Building Surveyor, to join their team of 7 Building Surveyors, in their Central London team.


The Graduate Building Surveyor's role


As the new Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be working on various schemes across the residential, healthcare, education and commercial sector.

Your role as a Graduate Building Surveyor, will be carry out a broad range of services, both professional andproject to gain experience to complete your APC.


The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have full, tailored APC training and support from experienced Senior Building Surveyors and regular check ins.


The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work off of your own initiative
  • Keen to learn and progress APC
  • Good base understanding of core Building Surveying services
