Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper on behalf of a well established technology business based in Salford.


The purpose of the role is to effectively run the day to day finances of the business, liaising with directors & the rest of the team.

You will have full oversight of the company's finances and will be a trusted member of the team.

Page Personnel are working with a well established tech business based in Salford.


Our client has a small team split between two offices in the north of England and is looking for somebody to join their team.

The business offers hybrid & flexible working as part of this role.


Description

Bookkeeper duties include:

  • Raising sales invoices and credit notes


  • Credit Control

  • Chasing debtors as and when necessary
  • Posting all purchase invoices
  • Creating payment runs and processing once authorised
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Posting journals for deferred income, depreciations, accruals prepayments & payroll
  • Processing payroll for payment on 25th of each month
  • Adhoc duties as required

Profile

  • Have a proven track record in a similar role
  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Be part qualified with CIMA / ACA / ACCA or Qualfied By Experience
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel

Job Offer
A salary up to £29,000, hybrid / flexible working, pension, parking & more.
