Band - Administrative Assistant, Berkshire Community Dental ServicePermanent
Hours 37.5 hours per week.
Salary £22,816 - £24,336 plus HCA, depending on experience
Base - Skimped Hill Health Centre, Bracknell
Berkshire Community Dental Service is looking for a Dental Administrative Assistant to be responsible for the processing of Dental referrals received electronically and in the post.
The post holder will be expected to liaise effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and members of the public and to act as first point of contact for Community Dental Service enquiries.
The post holder will also provide other administrative support as necessary to the Community Dental Service.We are looking for someone with experience of administration, ideally within the NHS.
You will need to liaise with the dental clinics and clinicians, patients of all ages or their representative, and other departments within BHFT.
The applicant must be flexible and a good team player.
The service provides dental care to people who are unable to access dentistry in general dental practice due to disability or requirement for specialist care.
