Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented Bar Staff to join our team.

As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks
Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and following recipes
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and restocking supplies
Engage with customers, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Skills:

Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
Familiarity with food safety regulations
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
