Description
Ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.

Understanding of core project management tools including scoping of tasks and outputs, risk management, stakeholder mapping, and resource planning with the ability to train and support managers to use these tools and techniques.

Tailor output from projects to the needs of different audiences and ability to draw out and present findings in a concise and compelling way.

To utilise specialist knowledge and experience related to the use of network models and improvement methodologies to achieve step changes in quality across complex pathways and systems of care Analyse complex facts and data to support problem solving and project solution Responsibility for the management and delivery of tasks throughout the project lifecycle ensuring delivery against stated outcome Work closely with the Director of Strategy, Hospital Directors and other team members on priority projects, including supporting trust responses to ICS and Borough based priorities.


Support the annual business planning cycle of the Trust working with the Chief Financial Officer and the DCEO/Chief Operating Officer.

Consider business opportunities as part of the wider Trust strategy.

Play an integral role in supporting general managers and divisional directors to understand and address the implications of budget setting as part of the annual business planning and service reviews.
