Description
The key responsibilities of the Senior HR Advisor will be to:
- Provide expertise and guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures
- Provide support regarding ER concerns
- Take a lead in coaching regarding formal disciplinary and grievances
- Support with absence management (short/long term)
- Leading conflict resolution meetings
- Conducting training
- Policy and procedure development
Profile
- Previous HR Advisor level experience
- CIPD Level
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
- Able to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
Job Offer
- Salary up to £45,000
- Full time, permanent role
- Office based
- Travel to other sites
