LHH Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a global pharmaceutical company who are looking for an Organisational Design specialist to join their team on a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension.

You will be partnering with senior leadership & stakeholders to support the business in identifying and solving challenges through organisation modelling & scenario planning.


You will need:


  • Understanding the business' needs and translate them into organisational models
  • Interpret preexisting organisational models and work with wider team to improve for maximum efficiency
  • Guide and influence senior stakeholders across business for a synergised approach to solve problems
  • Influence senior stakeholders across the business and HR to solve problems in a holistic way
  • Partner with the HR and Business Leadership to build a healthy organisation, using OrgVue
  • Train users where needed and provide expertise to ensure effective utilisation

What you need to succeed:


  • Min 5 years Organisation Analytics experience in large matrix organisations
  • OrgVue system experience supporting analysis and visualization for business initiatives preferred
  • Systems thinking mindset with a strong bias towards User Experience
  • Experience with a core People / Organisational data from HRIS system
