We are on the hunt for a strong Administrator to join a lively and supportive Credit and Collections team on the outskirts of Northampton, to support the team and their customers while fully embracing the company culture.

- Supporting customers over the phone and face to face
- Managing internal and outgoing post in a timely manner.
- Managing the reception area and greeting visitors.
- Preparing rooms for interviews and meetings.
- Updating agreements following online payments.
- Generating letters & statements for customers.
- Communicating with customers via both telephone and digital platforms to take payments or arrange payment plans.
- Providing customers with updates and the options available to them
- Ad hoc admin responsibilities to assist the department.
What we look for:
- Experience working in a fastpaced, customer focused environment.
- Excellent administration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent timekeeping.
- The ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient in MS Office
- Word, Excel, etc.
