We are currently recruiting for Administrators to support the Business Development department in Southampton.


The Administrators will need to demonstrate the ability to work independently and pro-actively in our practice that is client focused.


Responsibilities

  • Administer the setting up of new clients and organise the VAT & EPR Registration documents.
  • Keeping up to date with industry changes, selflearning around the topic.
  • Efficiently deal with any adhoc administration tasks that may arise.
  • Be able to maintain transparent communication internally to encourage the best possible customer journey.
  • Be organised to maintain internal computer systems with all relevant information.
  • Ability to monitor and meet deadlines, both with daytoday tasks as well as adhoc.
  • Manage a large client portfolio with varying requirements to a high standard.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience

  • Good administrative working experience.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deal with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Quick thinker and fast learner.
  • Works well in a team as well as independently.
  • Excellent multitasking ability.
  • Enthusiastic and selfdriven.
  • Eye for detail.
The successful applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
