We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our client, a well established independent Estate Agency based in Enfield.

As a Lettings Administrator you will be assisting the team and work within a fast-paced environment.

Must have a proactive attitude, be able to manage your time efficiently as well as being able to prioritise effectively.

This is the perfect position forsomeone who has experience within estate agency administration and enjoys working with people.

Duties

Progressing tenancies from acceptance to move in date
Creating and administrate new Tenancy Agreements and Tenancy Extension Agreements
Dealing with Tenancy Agreement queries
Managing Renewals
Ensuring Lettings Compliance is adhered to including AML, Gas Safety Certs, Electrical test and EPC, Deposit protection
Completing all Lettings Administration and move in paperwork
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
Uploading and managing tenancy details on operating system
Providing general administrative support to the Lettings Team/ updating electronic records and files
Distributing new enquiries to the team

Working closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office

Experience in a Lettings Administration role
Strong IT skills

Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.

Excellent telephone manner accompanied by strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, shows initiative in taking action and responding appropriately.
Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
A confident and proactive approach to work.

Salary/working hours:
up to £27k salary per annum

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8:45am - 6:00pm
