Overview:


Our Electrical Wholesale client based in Exeter, are looking for a Branch Assistant, to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

This role will focus predominantly on serving customers over the Trade Counter and acting as a first point of contact.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve customers on the trade counter and answer telephone enquiries
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Maintain and develop new and existing customer relationships
  • Prepare new displays for the trade counter with offers or new products
  • Provide high levels of customers service at all times
  • Ensure that the stock and stores area are well organised

Skills / Experience:


  • Electrical Wholesale experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Ability to work with a team and individually
  • Friendly, personable and able to build relationships with a variety of customers

£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
