What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Major Projects Team with delivery of infrastructure type projects.
Project data management into single source reports to support internal and senior stakeholders.
Supporting Project Engineers and Managers with financial reports and information required, driven from our IT systems i.e. SAP
Develop and maintain good communications and relationship at all levels with the wider Site & Facilities Dept, and supporting functions i.e. Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, SHE.
Develop own knowledge and experience of engaging with contractors, gaining site access and understanding how projects are mobilised on site and delivered.
Understanding necessary security and SHE requirements when appointing contractors to undertake works on our behalf.

Your skills and experiences:

Project status reporting and financial management awareness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Competency in SAP
Online database management
Administration of SharePoint
Data Analysis

The Site & Facilities Major Projects team:
Working in a facilities and construction environment provides a privileged insight and awareness of the overall site development. This role relates to data gathering of all pre-contract and in-flight Capital and Programme funded projects.

Time is spent in the office (or homeworking) and on live construction sites which helps put the project data and status reports into context.
