Role Overview


Embark upon the pivotal role of a Technical Sales Support Specialist, where you'll serve as an indispensable asset to our esteemed sales team.

Your primary responsibilities encompass providing comprehensive pre and post-sales support, ensuring seamless interactions with our clientele. Additionally, you'll have the unique opportunity to engage in the demonstration of entry-level instrumentation, further bolstering our sales efforts. Furthermore, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating equipment installations and conducting thorough training sessions for our valued customers.

Key Duties

  • Generating and qualifying leads.
  • Utilising platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook for marketing.
  • Maintaining customer relations management databases.
  • Contributing directly to sales for specific products in our portfolio.

Person Specification

  • A-Level qualification with a preference for scientific qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 months laboratory experience preferred, or a degree in a scientific discipline
  • Possession of a full UK driving license
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Package

Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000

25 days Holiday + bank holidays


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
