Description

We are looking for a patient liaison administrator to work within our office at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, to support the the Community Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialists & Cancer Support worker to deliver care to patients/clients, by offering administrative and patient liaison support.


Although based at our Hinchingbrooke Office, there may be a requirement to support the PCCN, at Peterborough, but this can be managed remotely.

The community cancer nurse team work alongside the cancer unit at Hinchingbrooke to support patients on active cancer treatment, by providing cancer care in the community, where possible, and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions
