Description
McGregor Projects Ltd are a property maintenance company based in Glasgow who operate all across Scotland.

Working in the Glasgow office, the role presents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing department

You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in a maintenance environment

Experience of working in a similar company would be beneficial but not essential.


The main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:


  • Programme in reactive works on System:

Monitor active jobs:

Create report for clienst:

Price reactive works on completion:


  • Source and order materials for jobs as required:
-
liaise with clients / site staff

Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location:
In person
