Are you an immediately available consultant with strong change management experience?


Handle are working with a global media company needing interim support for an upcoming change and restructure in their London office.

The Interim Change Management Consultant will work on the end to end process for the at risk employees. Running the appropriate consultation process, communication and administration and managing any subsequent redundancies and settlement agreement processes.


They are at very early planning stages at the moment, but are looking to start engaging with employees ASAP and the process is likely to run until late April.


The office is based in London, and the business operates a hybrid model (typical 2/3) but they are happy for this role to be
fully remote if preferred.

Open to discussion on day rate - £300/£450 as a guide point.
