Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Complaints Assistant to work on a 3 month temporary assignment in Manchester

The role is a hybrid position with a mixture of working from home and in the office. However, office working will be required for the first two weeks

Your responsibilities will essentially involve providing admin and telephone support to the officers

Ideally you will have worked in housing. Essentially you must have a complaints background along with a strong customer focus
