Job Title:
Regional Maintenance Assistant

Location:
BCA Glasgow East (Covering the Scotlish Reqion including our 2 centres in Glasgow and 1 centre in Edinburgh)

Salary:
£23,500

Benefits:
The role also comes with a Company Car due to the travelling across the region.

Working Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday 08:30-17:30

Purpose of the role:

Working as a part of our facilties team, covering all our Auction Centres in Scotland.

This busy role is to ensure that our auction sites offer a clean, safe and maintained environment to staff, contactors and the public.


Role Accountabilities:


  • Adhoc maintenance jobs minor repairs etc.
  • Ability to carry of facilities duties painting etc.
  • Manual handling.
  • General site cleaning / clearing.
  • Diving site maintenance vehicles.
  • Ground maintenance.

Technical skills:


  • Full Driving Licence
  • Experience / Interest in maintenance and facilities.
  • Physically fit and used to working outdoors.
