Technical Sales Support

Stokesley Based

Salary up to £25,000

Our client is a global Manufacturing company who currently employ 100 staff and are looking to grow this year upon year.

Provide technical solutions to customer support requests promptly.
Promote a customerfirst culture and meet customer expectations.
Prepare and maintain support literature, including product training packages.
Represent the company professionally and positively.
Undertake sales administration tasks, including order processing, issuing quotations, and maintaining Salesforce CRM for the UK Sales Team.

Skills & experience:

HNC in Engineering is desirable
Experience within an Engineering environment, essential
Troubleshooting, Analytical thinking, customer service and IT proficient.
Sales Administration experience.
Keen learner, good communicator and enjoys being part of a team.
Patience and empathy, Problemsolving abilities, and Adaptability.
