What you'll be doing?
"¢ Developing communications guidelines and a " ̃brand voice' for the IT Department.
"¢ Working with colleagues to determine communication needs.
"¢ Creating case-studies demonstrating successful technology initiatives in the company.
"¢ Writing clear and simple non-technical messaging about technical innovations.
"¢ Using analytical tools to measure communication performance. Use data to improve engagement.
"¢ Persona mapping to anticipate friction and increase the rate of technology adoption.
"¢ Compiling reports on communication effectiveness and user engagement.
"¢ Copyediting colleagues' drafts and ensuring style consistency before publication.
"¢ Acting as the " ̃voice' of the IT Department and responding to posts to digital channels.


What experience you'll need to apply?
"¢ Bachelor's degree in Communications Marketing or a related field.
"¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
"¢ Ability to write compelling content that resonates with different audiences.
"¢ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
"¢ Knowledge of digital communication channels and how to use them effectively.
"¢ Experience in copywriting editing and proofreading.
"¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
