Job Purpose:


To provide essential admin assistance to support the Recruitment and wider HR teams ensuring the successful sourcing and efficient on boarding of new employees.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Preparing new starter documentation including contracts and offer letters
  • Booking and coordinating interviews
  • Taking minutes and preparing agendas for internal meetings
  • Create, manage and post job advertisements on various platforms
  • Attend events where necessary
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Lead with any project work required

Experience and Knowledge:


  • Previous HR/Recruitment experience is desirable
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages to include, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel is essential
  • Administration experience in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive and able to manage own workload
